I am well educated. I attended college, where I majored in economics and minored in public speaking. I hold a California Department of Real Estate Broker License. I also have completed all of the educational requirements to become a licensed real estate appraiser. I have recently applied for my appraiser license, which is now pending. Holding this license and having this education allows me to more accurately determine the value of a property and provide better service to my client.
I have gained many years of professional experience in the real estate industry. I first started in the industry as a loan officer at Advantage One Home Loans. As a loan officer at Advantage One, I handle each loan from packaging to funding and every step in between. After originating a loan I Do Not just hand it off to an unlicensed processor to finish the job.
